Location - Crouch End
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 OTE £70,000
Hours - Monday, Tuesday and Friday - 9:00 am to 6pm - Wednesday and Thursday - 9:00 am to 6:30pm, Saturday 10am to 4 pm

Our client established in 1997, specialising in the lettings and management of an extensive property portfolio across greater London is looking for a highly organised individual to work as a Lettings Manager to work within their lovely vibrant lettings team, you will be based in their busy Crouch End branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 -3 years’ experience within the industry, be ARLA Qualified, with CFP experience and live local to the branch. Dealing with all tasks in a professional manner ensuring these are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented, confident and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner.
You will be a key member of the company, Leading the lettings department!
Responsibilities:
- In depth knowledge of compliance with current lettings legislation and policies
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants & landlords
- Ensure impeccable service is delivered to both landlords and tenants
- Oversee all aspects of the lettings process
- Prepare and review tenancy agreements and other legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and full legal compliance before execution.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and legislative changes to proactively adapt the department's strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of lettings negotiators, conducting regular performance reviews, providing ongoing training and professional development.
- Motivate the team of negotiators to exceed targets
- New business generation to expand the property portfolio
Skills & Experience
- Letting experience
- An understanding of tenancy laws
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving the team to hit targets
- Ability to analyse performance data and generate insightful reports for senior management.
- Previous experience in a Managerial role
- Driven, self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent Knowledge of the North London property market
- Communication & Negotiation skills
