Our client is one of London’s fastest-growing independent lettings and property management businesses, operating across Prime Central and South-west London.
They are building a high-performance company centered around ambitious people, exceptional standards and a relentless focus on growth. Their offices are designed to reflect the premium service they provide, combining market-leading presentation with a culture focused on performance, accountability and results.
This is not a corporate environment. They move quickly and reward performance properly. They are looking for commercially driven individuals who thrive in competitive environments and want to be part of building something exceptional.
The business is entering a major period of growth and operational evolution following the introduction of the Renters' Rights reforms, creating significant opportunity for high-level operators who understand both new business generation and long-term portfolio growth.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the business and will be expected to lead from the front both commercially and culturally.
The Opportunity
