An Amazing independent in Cheshunt, Our client is seeking a full time Sales Negotiator for their busy and successful branch.
Start every day with a positive attitude!
That’s what my client is looking for - a fantastic negotiator with superb customer service skills and a fabulous telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible. If you have a t least 1 year experience in a busy estate agency would be perfect. You will be able to meet and exceed targets and if you know this market well that would be the cherry on the top!
Your day in a nutshell:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
