Location: Highbury
Salary: Basic £22,000 + Commission OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Mon – Fri 9-6 / 1 Saturday in 3 

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy and successful Highbury office.

If you have at least 1 year of experience in residential property sales and are looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and building strong relationships with clients and applicants. You’ll play a key role in helping buyers find their ideal property while ensuring vendors receive an outstanding level of service throughout the sales process.

The successful candidate will be confident, driven and target-focused, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a competitive environment, is motivated by achieving results and has the ambition to progress within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Valuing residential properties and advising clients on pricing strategies.


• Marketing properties and arranging viewings.


• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.


• Managing the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers.


• Meeting and exceeding individual targets as well as the sales departments.


• Following up leads and generating new business opportunities.


• Resolving issues that arise during the sales process to keep transactions on track.


• Maintaining accurate records using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.


• Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation, company policies, and industry regulations.


• Representing the company professionally and always delivering excellent customer service.
