Salary: £22,500 + Commission OTE £35,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 SAT (9-1 In Lieu when working on a Saturday)

Pear Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s established and busy team based in Eastcote. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to develop their career within the property industry, working across both residential sales and lettings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing residential properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing transactions and building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants. You will play a key role in generating new business, maximising opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by contacting potential vendors and landlords and developing new client relationships.


• Conduct property valuations and appraisals, providing clients with accurate and realistic market advice.


• Market properties across websites, property portals, social media and other relevant platforms.


• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.


• Register and qualify applicants, understanding their requirements, budgets and timescales.


• Manage buyer and tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties.


• Negotiate offers and rental agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.


• Progress sales and lettings from agreed offer through to completion or move-in.


• Maintain regular communication with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants, keeping everyone updated.


• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise opportunities and convert prospects into business.


• Achieve and exceed sales and lettings targets set by the branch or company.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
