Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 SAT (9-1 In Lieu when working on a Saturday)

Pear Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our client’s established and busy team based in Eastcote. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to develop their career within the property industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing residential properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing transactions and building strong relationships with vendors & buyers. You will play a key role in generating new business, maximising opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

We are looking for someone who is driven, confident and target-focused, with the ambition to progress into a senior position in the future. You should thrive in a competitive environment and enjoy the challenge of securing new instructions, negotiating deals and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by contacting potential vendors and developing new client relationships.


• Conduct property valuations and appraisals, providing clients with accurate and realistic market advice.


• Market properties across websites, property portals, social media and other relevant platforms.


• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.


• Register and qualify applicants, understanding their requirements, budgets and timescales.


• Manage buyer enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties.


• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.


• Progress sales from agreed offer through to completion.


• Maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers, keeping everyone updated.


• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise opportunities and convert prospects into business.


• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the branch or company.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
