Are you a target driven, hungry and ambitious Lettings specialist looking for their next career move?
We have a great opportunity to join a fantastic company. They are currently looking for a hard -working experienced Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Proven track record of generating new business.
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material.
Working to targets both individually and as part of the team.
Administering and securing the instruction and let of property
Completed legally and compliant
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing and personable manner
Customer service skills essential
Must be able to work as part of a team
Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship
