Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 SAT (9-1 In Lieu when working on a Saturday)

Pear Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s established and busy team based in Eastcote. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to develop their career within the property industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing residential properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing lets and building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants. You will play a key role in generating new business, securing new instructions, maximising rental opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
We are looking for someone who is driven, confident and target-focused, with the ambition to progress into a senior position in the future. You should thrive in a competitive environment and enjoy the challenge of securing new instructions, matching applicants to properties, negotiating offers and delivering results.
Previous lettings experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a professional manner and a strong understanding of the local property market.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new lettings business by contacting prospective Landlords, following up leads and developing strong client relationships.
- Conduct property appraisals and provide Landlords with accurate and realistic rental valuations based on current market conditions.
- Market rental properties across property portals, company websites, social media and other relevant platforms to maximise exposure.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective Tenants, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
- Register, qualify and manage prospective Tenants, understanding their requirements, budgets, preferred locations and timescales.
- Match suitable Tenants to available properties and proactively follow up enquiries to maximise letting opportunities.
- Manage Tenant and Landlord enquiries professionally, providing a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
- Negotiate rental offers between Landlords and prospective Tenants, working to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Progress agreed lets through referencing, compliance, administration and move-in, ensuring transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain regular communication with Landlords and Tenants, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the letting process.
- Follow up new leads, applicants and potential Landlords to maximise opportunities, secure instructions and convert enquiries into business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch targets, including new instructions, viewings, lets and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term client relationships.
