Basic Salary up to £20k + Commission and bonuses £50k OTE and pool car.
5 day working week - alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Our Client is a forward thinking proactive independent local business that has established itself for over 20 years as the market leading name in successfully sell and letting property within the local area. They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners South West Home Counties Excellence Awards 3 times.
They are looking for an ambitious sales Negotiator for their Ashtead office, who is confident
building and maintaining relationships with clients is a key part of the role in addition you must have a full Driving Licence.
Other duties to include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
