Lettings Negotiator – Southall

Up to £18K basic + Commission

 

Our client is a fast-growing, estate agent with a team of highly motivated, friendly staff with a passion for property.  They strive to provide their clients with a first-class service and employees are rewarded by their own success.  The candidate must be fluent in both English and Punjabi, hardworking with a drive for success and an ambitious outlook on life, a career with our client could be right for you!

 

The Role:



  • Registering and building relationships with prospective tenants and Landlords


  • Working successfully towards targets


  • Maintaining our property register


  • Arranging and accompanying viewings


  • Liaising with Landlords and tenants, ensuring they are kept informed of all progress


  • Lettings negotiation


  • Learning and adhering to our sales systems and processes


  • Assisting colleagues outside of the role where necessary


 

The ideal candidate:

 



  • Must speak English & Punjabi


  • Proactive and able to deal with the pressure of working towards targets


  • Able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload


  • Strong attention to detail


  • Outstanding customer service skills


  • Polite telephone manner


  • Dynamic and motivated


  • Naturally charismatic and confident


  • Diligent and professional


  • Able to work autonomously with support and guidance from senior management


  • 1-2 years’ experience


  • You should be able to demonstrate your ability to be self-motivated, proactive and able to deal with the pressure of working towards targets
