Our Client is looking for a Lettings Negotiators to join their busy team.
They will consider either a trainee who is keen to learn the property market or an experienced negotiator with excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Good IT skills
Smart appearance
Organised
Interpersonal
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
