Our client are a well-known and established estate agency firm. They are looking to recruit a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
They are looking for a lettings negotiator with at least one years’ estate agency experience and good local knowledge. With their reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them and make the sales department even more successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
