Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and work every other Saturday
9.30am -1pm
Full licence and own car required
Our client, a well-established and highly respected estate agency based in a prime Central London location, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and driven team.

With an extensive portfolio of residential properties and an in-depth knowledge of the London lettings market, they pride themselves on providing a professional, tailored service to landlords and tenants alike.

Duties of Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
- Registering applicants
- Matching properties to applicants needs
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Listing Properties
- Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
Person Specification: The successful candidate must possess:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience in lettings or sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Desire to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Full UK driving licence
