Hour: 10.00am - 3.00pm
Full license, Manual and Automatic
Our client Established in 2002, is a respected independent estate agency with deep roots in the Battersea property market. Their company has built an excellent reputation for delivering a personalised, professional, and results-driven service across residential sales, lettings, and property management.
They are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join their friendly team as a Viewing Assistant on a Saturday.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the property industry, develop their sales skills, and work within a professional and supportive team.
Good communication skills, both verbal & written are essential for this role
Duties
- Open and close the office, set the alarm.
- Conduct viewings (lettings and potentially sales too)
- Provide handover at the end of Saturday with outcome of viewings, feedback, enquiries to follow up
- Take calls, log enquiries and deal with walk-in customers
Skills
- Excellent communication verbal and written
- Excellent Customer service
- Confident and well presented
- Full driving Licence Manual and Automatic
