Mon – Fri 8.30am -5 .30pm
Driver with clean licence 

An incredible opportunity has risen for a property manager, to join our client’s management department.
Established in 1989, Our client is a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious

Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out external property inspections


• Handling maintenance enquiries


• Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs


• Controlling Property licence applications


• Court applications for possession


• Attending court for hearings


• Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments


• Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.


• Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Skills for the role includes:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Excellent presentation and communication skills.


• Proficient IT skills


• Full UK Driving License required & car.


• Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.


• Strong at timekeeping and time management.
