Location – Finchley Central
Salary £25,000 - Plus commission (OTE £45,000 - £60,000)
Working Hours - 9.00-6.00pm Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday 9.30-1.00pm
Driving license and own car required – Fuel allowance

Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful lettings department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties and liaise with landlords and tenants
- Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner
- Always deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback is provided to the landlord
- Assisting tenants through the referencing process
- Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords
- Achieve individual targets
- Full driver’s license and own car required
Ideal Candidate
- Be passionate about property
- Be self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Demonstrate a professional work ethic
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be smart in appearance
- Have access to a car and hold a full UK driving licence
- Live within a 10-mile radius of Finchley Central
