Salary - Basic £20,000 OTE 35,000
Hours – Mon – Fri 8.45am – 6.00pm   Sat 9.30 – 3.00pm
Driver with own car and clean licence

Our client an independently owned estate agency franchise is seeking a Lettings Negotiator with at least a year’s experience to join their branch in Stanmore. If you live locally and able to hit the ground running, you could be the right fit for their friendly and motivated team. Your typical day:

• Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.


• Driving lettings through the office


• Conducting property viewings


• Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.


• Negotiating Rental agreements, Liaising between landlords and tenants


• Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.


• Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.


• Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.

• A full and clean UK driving licence.
