Salary - Basic - £23,000 - £26,000 + Commission OTE £50,000 - £60,000

Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a fantastic personality to join a busy team in a great location.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiating skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As a Lettings Negotiator you will have all the usual responsibilities that a negotiator has including regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant, and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Industry experience is preferred but if really have something special it may not be essential, as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and could work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Duties
- Registering applicants’ details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating rental agreements
- Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
- Reference and credit checks
- Register new tenancies.
- Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
Requirements for this role:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Motivated attitude
- Confident with great presentation

- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track of record of exceeding company targets
