Salary - £22,000 - £24,000 basic + Commission (OTE £40,000 - £50,000)
Mon- Thurs 8:30am – 6:30pm Fri - 6pm Finish Sat - every other 9am – 4pm
£300 PCM Car allowance

Our client based in Kennington is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy motivated team. Are you meticulous and enthusiastic with a great work ethic going above and beyond in all aspects of your role. This position would highly suit a candidate with experience within the industry who thrives to impress and work hard with any task that is assigned to them.
Duties will include, but not be limited to
- You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.
- Prepare property Listings with accurate descriptions
- Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties
- Coordinate move in dates, inventories and compliance checks
- Negotiating renewals and rent reviews
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.
- Negotiating terms, mediating between landlords and tenants
Required Skills:
- experience working as a Negotiator
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
- It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
