Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency with over 30 years of success in the local property market, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in West Ealing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and supportive agency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running the Sales and Lettings team, encouraging, developing, motivating as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with vendors and applicants.
- Capable to work independently and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Valuations experience.
- Responsible for winning new instructions and closing the deals.
- Offering services to landlords & vendors
- Developing leads into viewings/instructions
- Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
- Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
- Arranging and conducting viewings for properties for Sale and to Let
- Negotiating offers
- Diary management
- Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
About You:
- Experienced residential Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential
- Previous success in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment
- Strong organisational abilities and innovative market growth strategies, planning and implementation.
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Ealing, Acton, Chiswick area (desirable)
- Full UK Driving License essential
