Salary - £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience - OTE £40,000 - £50,000
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday 9am-3pm
Our client, an independent estate agency established in 2008, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team based in Ruislip.

Key Responsibilities:
- Register and manage buyers
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales
- Manage sales from offer to completion
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors & brokers
About you:
- Experienced in estate agency sales
- Confident, driven and commercially sharp
- Great on the phone & face-to-face
- Organised, proactive and target focused
- Ambitious and hungry for progression
