Salary - £22,000-£25,000 plus commission 7.5%-10%
Working Hours – 5 day week, working every other Saturday
Full Licence and car required – Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner


• Always deliver exceptional customer service


• Conduct viewings with prospective tenants


• Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback is provided to the landlord


• Assisting tenants through the referencing process


• Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords


• Full driver’s license and own car required
