Working Hours - Monday-Friday 9am–6pm
A leading Estate Agency based in the heart of Loughton is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their busy and dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a structured, diligent, and proactive individual to become an integral part of the agency, working closely alongside a Senior Property Manager and a Part-Time Property Manager Assistant.
You will be responsible for assisting in the management of a diverse residential portfolio of approximately 180 properties, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to landlords and tenants alike.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Keeping track of tenancies and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends
- Constantly monitor and decrease any rental arrears
- Administration of tenant procedures including referencing and producing statement of accounts
- Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections
- Booking property inspections and producing landlord reports
- Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims.
- Organise repair quotes and works as necessary.
