Pear Recruitment – Part-Time Property Manager – Enfield
Working Hours – Part-Time – Monday-Friday 1:30pm–4:30pm
Salary – £15 Per Hour
Driving Licence and own car required
Our client is a well-known and respected brand within the property industry and is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to join their busy team in Enfield.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in lettings administration or property management and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, efficient, and confident in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
- Raising rental agreements
- ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Dealing with property maintenance.
- Collection of rents.
- Payments to landlords
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
