Property Manager - Deptford
Up to £35,000 Dependent on Experience
Licence and own car required

Our client, a respected independent Estate Agency, is seeking a Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford. Looking after a Portfolio of Properties this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment surrounded by a team that thrives. You will have the platform to showcase your expertise. Developing and expanding your industry knowledge whilst working alongside a great team of like-minded professionals who are committed to excellence.

Typical duties will include:

• Check ins and check out inventory reporting.


• Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers 


• Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork


• Carrying out property inspections and meter readings


• Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts

 Skills Required:

• At least one year experience in a similar role


• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing


• Full clean driving licence


• Customer service
