Salary – £25,000 + commission OTE £42,000
Working hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm
Our client, a well-established and highly respected brand within the property industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy Bushey -based team.

Duties will include:
- Managing the sale of residential properties from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to buyers
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Generating new business and registering applicants
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other agents to progress sales
- Keeping vendors regularly updated on marketing activity and feedback
- Ensuring all records are accurately maintained in line with company procedures
- Working to and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the sales team where required
