Salary – £25,000 - £27,000 - OTE £50,000 - £55,000 + Car allowance £400 per month
Full licence and own car required
Hours: 5-day week - Monday & Wednesday 9am–6:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm
Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 year’s experience who has ideally worked within the London/Greater London area, to join their team based in Bow, experience in lettings will be viewed favourably.

The successful applicant will be:
- Generating new business
- Arranging and attending valuations
- Winning instructions
- Negotiating with vendors and buyers
- Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
- Setting and exceeding own targets
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Always motivated and enthusiastic
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence
