Salary – £40,000 (OTE £60,000 +)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm 1 Saturday in 4 (Half a day in Lieu if Saturday worked)

Our client based in the vibrant area of City Road? An established, fully accredited independent agent is seeking a talented Sales Manager with good experience to join their expanding team. Role and Responsibilities
New Instructions
Sourcing valuations and winning new instructions by:
- Acting quickly to identify new business opportunities.
- Promoting the success of each successful transaction by following the company’s Success Marketing Protocols.
- Utilising the company's database and prospecting lists.
- Adopting the company’s marketing strategies to actively promote the brand and generate new business opportunities
Communication
- Updating and co-ordinating with vendors on a weekly basis, providing regular and constructive feedback, managing expectations as required
- Working closely and in conjunction with all company departments and ensure first-class communications with them.
Compliance, Data and Technical Proficiency
- Ensuring that signed Marketing Terms of Business and ID / Money Laundering Checks are completed for all vendors
- Demonstrate an understanding and a willingness to learn on matters such as service charges, Fire Safety requirements and conveyancing and legislation
- Demonstrate excellent data input quality and commitment to maintain, improve and add to the company’s CMS system.
Viewings & Applicant Management
- Generate new applicant enquiries and manage existing databases in line with company protocols.
- Respond promptly to applicant enquiries and generate viewings.
- Carrying out viewings and agreeing sales
- Overseeing the progress of the department's sales through to completion and reporting progress to the directors
Targets & KPIs
- Demonstrate a drive, attitude and determination to achieve the targets and goals set out by the company.
