Sales Manager - Loughton
Salary - £28,000 + Commission OTE £65,000 + (10% personal commission and 3% override on other staff deals and Bonus – 5% on hitting quarterly personal target)
Car allowance - £250 Per Month
Hours – 5 day week, Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am 5pm – one Saturday off a month

Daily Tasks:
- Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties.
- Ensure that targets are being met on a daily & weekly basis.
- Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc are up to date and show the property at its best.
- Proactively provide feedback and market commentary to vendors
- Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc
- Oversee smooth running of the branch.
