Salary basic - £18,000 (Guarantee first 3 months) OTE £30,000 - £35,000
Licence and own car required – Car Allowance £200 per month

The Role
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Advising clients on market conditions and pricing
- Managing offers through to sale agreed
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using property software and major portals
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused
