The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be highly valued. Previous experience in sales is essential, as is a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the role:
- Responding promptly to all incoming leads from website forms, phone calls, social media, and email.
- Qualify leads by identifying key requirements (purpose, size, budget, timeframe).
- Book showroom appointments or telephone consultations based on client readiness.
- Follow-up with clients that have visited the showroom.
- Welcome clients to the showroom and guide them through the available garden room models.
- Learn and discuss the product.
- Guide customers through standard designs and custom options.
- Create tailored design concepts using our design software.
- Prepare quotes based on specifications.
- Update quotes as clients refine their requirements.
- Appointment & Site Visit Coordination
- Quotation Follow-up & Pipeline Management
- Manage new leads
- Conduct showroom consultations
- Attend site visits (to accompany another member of staff on site visits).
- Convert active quotes
