Pear Recruitment – Sales & Lettings Negotiator- Stratford


Salary – Up to £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission (OTE £45,000 - £50,000)


Hours: 5-day week - Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday rota 9am – 5pm


Full license and own car required.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming enquiries, qualify prospects, and book property viewings

  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied

  • Business generation (Source new properties)

  • Conduct property inspections

  • Prepare and maintain all required documentation for the Sales and Lettings file

  • Carry out administrative tasks on the clients business tools

  • Keep up to date with market trends, property values and legislations

  • Keep informed and up to date with all regulations

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and lettings targets and enhance overall performance


 


Job requirement:



  • Experience in Sales or Lettings

  • Knowledge of the property market and industry regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in administrative tasks

  • Self-motivated and target driven

  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all dealings

  • Full UK Driving License (Must own a vehicle)
