Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Wanstead
Monday to Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday 9:30am – 4pm, 5-day week
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, OTE £40,000 + Company car
Our client is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning estate agency to work with their team based in Wanstead. Established since 1991 with highly qualified staff providing a bespoke service to each client. This role requires a well organised and motivated individual who is efficient with fantastic customer service and Sales skills who is great with communicating either on the phone or face to face.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent
- Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
