Salary - £18,000 + Commission OTE £65,000
Our client is a well-established independent estate agency, deeply rooted in the Wimbledon community since 2005, and is now seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented, and motivated to progress their career with a leading property company. You will have a solid understanding of the property sector, a positive and proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator who takes pride in delivering high levels of honesty, customer service, and clear communication, contributing to the continued success and strong reputation of the business.
Main Duties:
- Proactively generate sales and lettings valuations through prospecting, referrals, networking, and strong local market knowledge
- Conduct market appraisals and confidently present the company’s services to secure new instructions
- List, sell, and let properties, managing the process from instruction through to completion
- Carry out viewings, negotiate offers, and manage deal progression to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Support the Branch Manager with daily operations, performance standards, and team motivation
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales and lettings within estate agency
- Ideally have knowledge of the Wimbledon area
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Well presented, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Fluent in written and spoken English
