Lettings Negotiator

Pear Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator (1- 2 years’ experience)
Location - Welwyn Garden City
Salary - £25,000 + Commission on Lettings
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, 1 sat in 3 - 9am 4pm 1 day off in Lieu when a Saturday is worked.
Annual Leave – 33 days Inc Bank Holidays
Full licence and Own Car required (Company Mileage Scheme plus pool cars when available)  

Our client is an independent Estate Agency with offices in Hertfordshire, they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a great agent.

Candidates will be a well presented, dynamic, self-motivated and someone who can always provide a great service.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate, look for ways to optimise every single opportunity and be determined to succeed at this high level!

Duties:

• Book and carry out viewings.


• Generate viewings from portal leads


• Generate viewings from portal leads


• Liaise with landlords and tenants


• Qualify applicants pre referencing


• Property inspections


• Checkouts


• Negotiate deals with landlords.


• Marketing/touting


• Board management

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience in Letting property in this area


• Excellent Customer service


• Ability to generate new business.


• Resilient, positive, and friendly


• Can do attitude


• Strive for Success


• A Full UK driving licence holder.


• Must have own car and insure for business use.
