Pear Recruitment - Lettings Manager - Westminster
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary – £28,000 - £30,000, OTE £70,000 Plus
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing team as a Lettings Manager, based out of their vibrant office in a great part of London. The ideal candidate will be experienced and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. A professional approach, excellent communication, and an ability to work on your own initiative will be essential. Ready to help mentor the team, an excellent Valuer, you will lead by example with your strong negotiation skills. This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking, reliable, and approachable Lettings Manager who is looking for success way into the future.

Responsibilities:
- Compliance with current lettings legislation and policies
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants & landlords
- New business generation
- Motivate a team of negotiators to exceed targets
- Oversee all aspects of the lettings process
Skills & Experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Previous experience in a Managerial role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Communication & Negotiation skills
