Our client, an established and highly respected agency with over 40 years experience, is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join their successful team based in Bank, Central London.
The company ethos is built on delivering an honest, transparent, and thoroughly professional service to all clients. They are looking for a confident and driven Lettings Manager, ideally with strong local market knowledge, to work alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of staff
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Overseeing the lettings process from start to finish
- Implementing strategies to drive business growth
Skills and Experience:
- Have previous experience managing a team
- Up to date with laws and compliance
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Be able to work effectively managing a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
