Our client, an independent estate agency based in Amersham, is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team.
As a Lettings Manager, you will be at the forefront of the property market, engaging with a diverse range of clients and overseeing a team of Negotiators and Property Managers.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, strong communication skills are equally important.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Overseeing the lettings process from start to finish
- Implementing strategies to drive business growth
