Working days: Monday – Friday & every other Saturday
Driver and full licence required

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new instructions.
- Managing the lettings process from listing to completion.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
- Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to potential tenants.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities through various methods.
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve and exceed lettings targets.
- Staying updated with local property market trends and competitor activities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in property valuations and residential lettings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.
- Full UK driving licence (company pool car provided).
- Proficiency in using property software such as Reapit (preferred) & Goodlord.
