Senior Lettings Negotiator/Manager able to list – Hendon

Salary – £25,000 - £30,000 (OTE £65,000)

Working days: Monday – Friday & every other Saturday

Driver and full licence required

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new instructions.


• Managing the lettings process from listing to completion.


• Negotiating offers and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.


• Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to potential tenants.


• Prospecting for new business opportunities through various methods.


• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve and exceed lettings targets.


• Staying updated with local property market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in property valuations and residential lettings.


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


• Strong understanding of the local property market


• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.


• Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.


• Full UK driving licence (company pool car provided).


• Proficiency in using property software such as Reapit (preferred) & Goodlord.
