Are you a Lettings Manager with the ability to lead by example and manage a team to deliver outstanding service. You will work from your own initiative and motivate others to do so. You will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with Landlords & Tenants and obtaining new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
- Managing an efficient and effective team
- Training Staff
- Rolling out monthly targets to staff
- Conducting monthly One to Ones
- Devising Marketing Plans with team
- Chairing Morning Meetings
- Ensure department is performing
- Dealing with complaints
- Motivating staff
- Client contact
- Reporting figures
- Attending monthly management meetings
