Pear Recruitment – Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister – Stanstead Abbotts
Salary - £25,000, + Commission (OTE - £50,000 - £60,000)
Full license and own car required – Car Allowance
5-day week - Monday – Friday, Saturdays 9am – 5pm (every other Saturday and a day off in lieu when a Saturday worked)
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator with a passion for property and a knack for valuing homes? Our client based in Stanstead Abbotts is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally with valuation experience, to join their dynamic team.
A generous 10% commission structure. High achievers can expect on-target earnings of £50,000 to £60,000.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
- Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
- Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
- Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
- Selling of our client’s services to new and existing clients
Skills required for the job
- Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within London or the Home Counties
- Valuation experience
- A sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and enthusiastic communication style
- Self-starting with the desire to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
- Negotiation skills
- Good IT literacy skills
