Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 OTE £26,000 - £38,000 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion


• Working to financial, individual and team targets


• Increasing the company turnover


• Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues


• Canvassing and marketing


• Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals


• Negotiating terms & closing deals


• Carrying out valuation & Market Appraisals


• Maintaining Branch & Personal Sales Target


• Business Development / New Business Lead Generation

• A full, valid driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role.
