Sales progressor - Luton

Basic Salary £22,000 – £25,000

Hours (Flexible) – 4 days or 5 days - 9am - 5pm or 9am – 4pm  

Our client is always focused on further strengthening their outstanding team and they are looking for a Sales Progressor to become part of this great branch. You will have outstanding customer service and a down to earth manner. With an ethos based on honesty, integrity, and local knowledge the ideal candidate will have all these qualities, in addition you will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated.

We are looking for someone who can shine within this established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to their clients. Working hard to achieve exceptional results, we want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to learn and grow within this fantastic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the sales process from offer to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Providing regular updates to all parties involved
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process
