Salary - £29,000 - £31,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are currently looking to recruit a Tenancy Progressor/Assistant Property Manager to become part of a great office in Archway, North London. Working within an established and friendly team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full tenancy progression process — from when the offer is agreed to the key handover — ensuring that every step complies with the government regulations, plus all correspondence with tenants and landlords will be professional, leaving them reassured and satisfied with the entire process. Also, you will be an assistant to our Senior Property Manager, helping with day-to-day property maintenance issues. The Business has been built up through hard work, integrity and lots of referrals and repeat business.
You must be presentable, a great communicator and able to use your own initiative.
Experience of working using current lettings legislation is imperative along with the ability to deal with high pressure situations a minimum of 1 year experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Full tenancy progression from let agreed to key handover
- Overseeing the referencing of tenants and drafting tenancy agreements
- Managing our e-signature platform for tenancy agreements
- Liaising with tenants and landlords throughout the process
- Booking compliance-related services (Gas Safety Certs, EICRs, EPCs, Right to Rent checks, inventories, professional cleans, furniture orders, etc.)
- Registering deposits and sending welcome letters
- Handling tenant and landlord queries for ‘Let Only’ properties
- Ensuring full legal compliance for every deal
- Working closely with our Lettings, Finance, and Property Management teams
- Managing any required pre-tenancy works to ensure smooth handovers
- Notify utility suppliers when tenants move in or out to terminate or initiate contracts
- Assisting with day-to-day property management issues, and being the second in line to liaise with our managed tenants and landlords should the Senior Property Manager be unavailable
