Pear Recruitment – Sales Progressor – North London
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours – Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm

As a Sales Progressor, you will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth transactions from offer acceptance to completion. This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in sales progression, or for a seasoned sales negotiator looking to transition into a new and exciting challenge.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven success and experience in Estate Agency. You will need to be energetic, driven, a team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running

Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales process from offer to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Providing regular updates to all parties involved
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Sales Progressor or four to six years as a Sales Negotiator
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
