Salary Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) OTE £50,000
Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5:30pm, Work every other Saturday 09:30am – 1pm
Driver own car requiredOur client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team based in their office in the trendy area of Wapping this is a fantastic base for this well-established Estate Agency, covering a vast amount of London with a fantastic reputation and exceptional knowledge of the local area. • Must own a car and hold a valid driving licence
• Company phone will be providedDuties of a Lettings Negotiator role will include;
• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Listing Properties
• Liaising with clients, landlords and tenantsPerson Specification: The successful candidate must possess:
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Desire to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
