Salary - £23,000 + Commission (OTE £54,000 Plus Car Allowance or company car)

5 Day week - Monday to Friday:  9am -6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am -4pm Day off during the week.

Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager, to join a successful team based in Colliers Wood. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth.


• Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.


• Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service successful referrals.


• Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.    


• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.


• Always ensuring excellent customer service.


• Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.


• Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential, we would actively encourage the obtaining the qualification whilst working for Ellisons.
