£18,000 - £25,000 + Commission and Car Allowance

Our client based in and around the North and Northwest London area,have a fantastic opportunity to become part of anaward-winning, Multi office independent family-run estate agency. They are a well-recognised and respected brand within the area and the industry and are looking for a Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer to join their team in Kentish Town.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting viewings and letting properties 


• A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Facilitating a let through to move in 


• Previous lettings experience is essential.


• Full UK driving licence. 

 
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
