PEAR Recruitment – Sales Negotiator – Finchley
Salary - £23,000 - £25,000
Own car required
Hours – Monday – Thursday 9am – 7pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, every other Saturday 9:30am – 3:30pm
Our client a highly successful estate agency in the Finchley area is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team. You will be well presented, great at communicating and have a positive attitude towards work. If you have previous experience within the property industry and you are looking for a great career move, please send your CV.

About you:
- Be an experienced Estate Agent
- Have excellent knowledge of the property industry in this area.
- Be Professional & Pro Active
About the role:
- Registering applicants
- Arranging Viewings
- Referring Conveyancing leads
- Negotiating on offers
- Liaising with vendors and purchaser
