£20,000 + Com OTE £35,000 - £40,000 + Pool car
5-day week including Saturdays Monday - Friday - 8.45am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm
Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work with their company in Palmers Green. Do you have previous experience as a letting’s negotiator? Are you ready to hit the ground running with this well-established agency who pride themselves on positive reviews and their inclusion in the local community. Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
