Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission and car allowance
Our client is looking for either an Experienced or Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team based in their vibrant office in Kew. The highly regarded area is a fantastic base for this well-established Estate Agency, covering a vast amount of London with a fantastic reputation and exceptional knowledge of the local area.
Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
About You:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus.
Desire to meet and exceed targets.
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence & Own vehicle
Duties of this exciting Junior Lettings Negotiator role will include;
Registering applicants
Matching properties to applicants needs
Conducting viewings
Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)
Listing Properties
Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
To be considered for the Junior Lettings Negotiator position you will have the following qualities:
• Some experience in lettings or sales
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
